The advert shows a left hand P-shape bath. Can I choose the hand required?: Yes there is an option on the advert to choose the hand of bath you require; Left or right handed baths are both available - please check the drop down options on each listing.
What is the thickness of your P shape bath?: The p shape bath is 5mm thick and comes with an encapsulated baseboard for increased rigidity. There is also an option on some sizes to upgrade to a premier thickness.
How do I return an item?: Please follow the link on the help page which will direct you to our returns policy.
When can I expect my goods to arrive? I need to organise a tradesman to fit my suite...: When you place an order for large palletised items we will contact you (usually within 24 hours of placing your order) to book in an agreed delivery day with you. We urge people not to book tradesmen until the goods have arrived in perfect condition.

Does placing an order guarantee stock?: When you place an order your goods are reserved from our warehouse stock. Sometimes only after your order is placed that we find out an item is out of stock, we will always contact you to let you know the date your required items are in stock or offer an alternative. We apologise for any inconvenience this practice may cause you.
